We encourage relationships directly with local authorities (Social Services) and Families who need competent, qualified and trusted Project and Support Workers to provide compassionate support to clients and family embers. We are able to support a wide range of organisations in both the private and public sector.

For our local authority clients, we are a one-stop service provider who will take on board a number of clients for whom we guarantee the provision of best support and care service through qualified and enhanced CRB (Criminal Review Bureau) checked staff. While providing staff directly to client families who work independently of the local authorities, all our staff are employed by Sanctuary Oasis Ltd and therefore we are able to confirm that each member of staff has been fully trained in the area of support service they work in. The staff are carefully selected for their competent skills, knowledge and experience to match the need of their clients. Staff can be supplied on a temporary or permanent basis, short term or long term, or it can even be for a few hours depending on the need of the client. Our service is flexible and is person centred at all times and we can bend backwards and forwards to fit with any client. We provide a 24 hour out-of-hours service and we have a compliment of staff who are available at short notice to provide additional covr for sickness and holidays.
